As a result, the temperature is evenly distributed on the surface of your meat, as opposed to conventional bottom heat, where uniform grilling results are often disturbed by falling fat drops and meat juices. The infrared gas units are separately adjustable, so that grilling is even possible at low temperatures or alternatively only 1-burner unit can be used.
