Lilium regale, a trumpet type, is well regarded for its large white blooms, with pink reverse and silvery leaves. Its fragrant and among the first to bloom of its type. Once well established it may grow as tall a 6 ft. with up to 25 flowers per stem. Commonly called regal lily. Makes for a dramatic long-lasting cut flower.
