Known as false heather or Mexican heather, this is a wonderful, seemingly-always-in-flower, butterfly-attracting subshrub. The adorable lavender flowers re-bloom repeatedly, well into the fall, contrasting with the lance-shaped glossy green leaves. There are many ways to enjoy this low-maintenance, low-growing, flower-power plant. Use or mass in borders or beds, as a ground cover, in edgings, or to soften the look along walkways or paths. Have a tropical-style garden. Display false heather as a knee-high hedge in front of larger plants. Can also be featured in pots and hanging baskets for your patio or porch. Your plant will arrive fully rooted in a 2.5-quart grower pot.
