The Weston Manual Single-Support Jerky Slicer has 32 blades that quickly slice large cuts of meat into consistent .25" slices for delicious, protein-rich homemade jerky. The blades cut up to 15 quarter-inch strips, so you can process large batches of meat quickly. It's great for meats purchased in bulk or meat from the farm, field, refrigerator or freezer. Make homemade jerky from large cuts of game meat, beef, turkey, duck breast and other meats. Just place meat inside the large chute and turn the handle. The chute fits large pieces of meat up to 5" wide and 1.25" thick. The jerky slicer mounts easily on tables and other flat surface up to 2" thick with the built-in C-clamp. The jerky slicer also comes with 2 stainless steel combs for feeding meat through the chute to help prevent jamming and stainless steel tongs for safe meat handling. This manual jerky slicer machine is built to last with a durable, cast aluminum construction. The jerky slicer easily converts to a meat tenderizer/cuber by swapping the included blade with the Weston Meat Tenderizer/Cuber bade set (Model 07-3103-W) that is sold separately.
