Once you set up your Dad's Tie account it's easy to invite friends and family members. Once they register and create their gift lists, sending them the perfect gift is a piece of cake. To shop, simply open up Dad's Tie and locate your giftee in your contacts or you can search by their name. Once you find your contact just view there lists. This will allow you to see photos of their gifts, prices, product descriptions, and other details and special notes about the gift. Once you settle on the perfect gift, simply click the "View/Buy" button and you will be redirected to the actual product page to make your purchase. 

2. No More Address Book -  Sometimes keeping up with all your relatives and friends addresses can be difficult, especially if they move around a lot. With Dad's Tie, this problem doesn't exist anymore. When your contacts set up their Dad's Tie accounts they are asked to enter their shipping address. They can also select specific ship by dates to ensure gifts arrive on time. When you select a gift from a friend's gift list and click to buy, the shipping information goes along for the ride and will auto-populate once you arrive at the checkout page. So, there is no need for you to have a record of shipping addresses when you use Dad's Tie. This great feature saves you time and helps to avoid sending a gift to an incorrect address. 

3. Quick List Creation with the EZ Gift Add App - Once you register on the Dad's Tie site, please take a minute and install the EZ Gift Add App, you will thank yourself later! The EZ App is a simple tool that works with your favorite browser. Once you have it installed, it creates a bridge between the internet and your gift lists. The EZ App lives in your browsers bookmark bar. While you are window shopping online and you see something that you must have, all you have to do is click on the EZ App in your bookmarks and the product along with details and photos is automatically added to your gift list. When you click on the App a window will open that allows you to add important information to the product listing before saving it to your gift list. For instance, if a product has multiple sizes or colors, you may want to add your size and favorite color to your listing to make it easy for some to order this gift for you. This app is like having a shortcut and single destination for all of your wishlists. You will love this!

4. A Great Source for Gift Inspiration -  Another neat feature on the Dad's Tie website is our gift ideas button in the top menu. When you click on Gift Ideas, Dad's Tie will randomly generate a page displaying gifts from other Dad's Tie members lists. Click the button again and a new assortment of gifts will be generated. The gifts are pulled from lists created within the past year so you can see what others are adding to their gift lists. It's a quick way to see what's trending on Dad's Tie. It's also a great source of inspiration for your list or for great gift ideas for those difficult to shop for folks on your list. Check it out, you never know what you will find!
